I I VICTORIAN WEEK continues in Cape May ... and while the leaves fly, so do a lot of visitors going from place to place. There are house tours, trolley tours, lectures, movies, songs, fashions, antiques, even a melodrama. Such nice ways to celebrate the week of Columbus's discovery of America. As we edge closer to the end of the month, keep in mind that daylight savings comes to an end on Oct. 27. And on Oct. 31, Halloween will be celebrated. Costume ready? *•* Today is Boss's Day Remember every day of the year is somebody's birthday, and just about every day honors somebody or something. The card shops have cards for Boss's Day — just in case you want to let the boss know what you think of him or her. *** AN AROMA we're starting to sniff on our evening walks in the smoke from fireplaces. It always conjures images of cozy gatherings by the hearth; of the dreams one has starting into the crackling flames. A cup of cider at hand and maybe some fresh popcorn to munch on, and we're set for a beautiful evening.
