Parade Benefits WEST CAPE MAY - A series of fund-raising events for the 20th annual parade have been announced by the West Cape May Community Christmas Parade Committee, beginning with a hoagie sale to start 10 a.m. Saturday at the Acme Market in Cape May. A seafood dinner will be held 5-8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, at McGlade's Mansion House, 110 Broadway. A "second time around" garage sale will be held 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Borough Hall, 732 Broadway. Workers are needed for all these events. To volunteer, call 884-1005, 884-2727, or 884-4748. At Dance Workshop COLD SPRING - Three students and dance teacher Joanne Reagan of the Joanne Reagan Dance Studios here recently attended a workshop conducted by the Pennsylvania Association of Dance Teachers, Chapter 25 of the Dance Masters of America, in Cherry Hill. The students are Brandi Ratigan, Wildwood Crest; Charlotte Marsen and Steve Galman, both of Lower Township. All three are members of the "Mini Company", performing troupe of the Reagan Studios. Fall Dance Set Nov. 9 NORTH CAPE MAY - St. John of God Catholic Church is sponsoring a gala fall dance at the church hall on Town Bank Road 9 p.m. - 1 a.m. Nov. 9 with music by Hal Davis and his orchestra. A hot and cold buffet will be served with free beer and set-ups. Tickets can be obtained by calling 886-3131, 886-9875 or 886-0112. Smith ville Trip Dec. 7 RIO GRANDE - Cape Human Resources Inc. will hold a Christmas Winter Wonderland Tour Saturday, December 7, leaving the Social Service Building parking lot (corner Rts. 9 and 47) at 9 a.m. Arrival at Historic Smithville at 10 a.m. with shopping and "on your own" lunch until 2 p.m. Then the bus will head to Shore Mall for more shopping and decorating exhibits until 6 p.m. For further information and reservations call Midge or Gladdie at Cape Human Resources, Inc. executive division, 729-4902.
