THE EXECUTIVE director of the Cape May County Council on Alcoholism, Greg Mayer, will discuss "Chemical Awareness and Decision-Making in School " "The Special Needs Child: Handicapped to Exceptional" will be the topic of Peggy Sturmfels, special education chairperson. State PTA. Bill Carpenter, principal of Upper Township Middle School, will tell participants "How to Set Up a Child Safety Day." Greg Speed and Pat Larkin. representing Mental Health Services of CMC Inc., will discuss "Preventing Adolescent Suicide, and "Nutrition As It Affects Children's Behavior and Learning" will be presented

Exercises In Evening CAPE MAY - Three different evening exercise classes are being offered at the city elementary school as part of the fall recreation schedule. Aqua Aerobics is an exercise class in the swimming pool that takes place 6-7 p.m. Swimming skill is not a prerequisite. "There are two exercise classes in the gym, held 5-6 and 6-7 p.m. Dancing experience is not a prerequisite. All of the P.M. Exercise classes are held Monday. Wednesday and F'riday.
