Rio Mall to Host < Great Auto Sale 1 1

RIO GRANDE - After a sucessful May sale, the Great Cape May County Auto Tent Sale returns this week for one of the most promising runs so far this year. Five area dealers will be bringing 500 new and used cars and trucks to the Rio Mall Parking Lot 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. tomorrow, Friday and Saturday. The event is sponsored by the Southern Cape May County New Vehicle Dealers Association to provide prospective new-car buyers with the most convenient comparisonshopping conditions possible. During its three days, vehicles representing 11 domestic and imported makes of cars and trucks will be displayed. Gymnastics CAPE MAY - A comprehensive gymnastic program geared toward beginner and intermediate students will be offered as part of the city's fall recreation schedule. The class will be offered at the Franklin Street Civic Center 4-6 p.m. Thursdays. The first hour will be for ages 5-7 with the second hour for ages 8-14. Call 884-8411 for more information.

WITH ALL these vehicles for sale in one spot, buyers can save the time of driving to several different dealerships as they shop around for savings. Over one million dollars in discounts will be available at the sale. A greater choice of popular models is also expected this season, due to the recent relaxation of government-backed restrictions on imports. Sale hours are 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. — rain or shine. PTA Election In Cape May CAPE MAY - The Pa-rent-Teacher Association of the Cape May City Elementary School will meet 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Oct. 24. at the school. All parents and teachers are invited to attend. Elected to office at the meeting in September were George Arscott. president, and Judy Hull, vice president. The group also set up two primary goals: support of quality education and student activities and increased disseminstion of pertinent information to parents concerning their children's education.

Golf Card Benefits Lung Assn. MAYS LANDING - Sixteen of South Jersey's golf courses are joining in a golf privilege card promotion to benefit the American Lung Association of New Jersey. The golf privilege card, for a $20 donation, will entitle the bearer to play one free round of golf, with greens fees waived, at each of the 16 courses.
