Cape Insurance, Racquet Club Tied

CAPE MAY - The Lobster House swept by FNB Toms River 15-6, 15-1, 15-11, 15-7 in Cape May Women's Recreation Volleyball. Lobster House won the first game behind the inspiring net play of Lisa Stadlman and clutch serves of Tasha Jordan. The serves of Joanne DeCosta and the spikes of

Vicki Shaw led Lobster House in the second game. Sue Longo and Gina Cardaci played well for FNB Toms River in the third game but Tasha Jordan's powerful serves and the defense of Lisa Stadlman led Lobster House to the win. DeCOSTA'S great spikes proved to be the difference in the final game. Cape Insurance won all four of its games over South Jersey Marina, 15-4. 15-3, 15-4 and 15-4. In the first game, Cape Insurance raised the premium and took the wind out of the Marina's sails, led by Lou Ann Rucci and Carol Addesso. The play of Fran Bratten

and Chris D'Allesandro led Cape Insurance in the second game. The sets of Linda Hoey and the spikes of Nancy Sparano led Cape Insurance in the third game. Lou Ann Rucci and Linda Hoey were outstanding for Cape Insurance in the final game. PETE'S RACQUET Club defeated Needlers II in three of four games. 12-15. 15-5, 15-13 and 15-7. Margie Franco and Marion Llamach led Needlers II to

The serves of Judy Ricco and the play of Cathie Smith and Gerry Boyer proved to be the difference for Pete's in the third game. The steady bumps of Judy Mohler and the net play of Stacey Sherretta led Pete's to the final victory. outdoors (From Page 34 1 caught a 2-lb., 6-oz. spotted weakfish from the Philadelphia jetty, Cape May.... Anthony Tucci of Havertown, Pa., caught a 6' 4-lb. weakfish in the surf at Hereford Inlet. He was using snapper bluefish for bait... STRIPED BASS: Gary O'Shea of Cape May caught a 17' j-lb. striped bass from the surf using a live eel for bait. Gary weighed his fish in with Audrey Rodia at her tackle shop in Rio Grande. Several stripers were reported hooked and caught in the rips using live eels.

Teams Sought For Volleyball COURT HOUSE - The Middle Township Recreation Department is soliciting teams for the 1985-86 men's volleyball league. Games will be held Monday evenings at the Middle Township School starting in late November or December. Interested team captains should call Gregg Arnold at the Recreation Office. 465-3520.
