In cooperation with national sports leagues and association, the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Library of Congress, distributes braille schedules to a national network of nearly 40 cooperating libraries. BASKETBALL, baseball, soccer, football, and hockey schedules are brailled throughout the year and sent to cooperating libraries. Sports fiction and nonfiction books in braille, cassette, and disc editions are also available. Readers can order free bibliographies and listings of these titles, as well as free subscritpions to Sports Illustrated, Ebony. Boy's Life, and other braille and recorded magazines covering sports events and personalities.
