Henry G. Blum. 83. of Slone Harbor. Nov. 18. He owned Henny's Restaurant until retirement in 1971. He spent summers here from 1932 until 1948 when he moved permanently to the area. James J. Burns, of Cape ' May. Nov. 12. A house painter, he spent his entire life in this area. He was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church Anthony Dennison Sr., 79. of Wildwood Crest. Nov. 20. Past president of the Wildwood Kiwanis, he was a charter member and honorary life member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2572 of Woodwood. He was an honorary life member of the Monsignor Moroney General Assembly. 4th Degree. Knights of Columbus. Irene A. llevener. 64. formerly of Wildwood, Npv. 16 in Eustis. Fla. local resident for two decades. William F. James. 55, of Court House. Nov. 17. He served in the Air Force for 21 years, retiring in 1969 as a staff sergeant. He was employed at the Billrica Wood Fabricators in Billrica. Mass.. and the Linolex Systems 'Division of 3M Inc. He once owned a pet shop in Wilmington. Mass. Calvin Jordan Jr., 72. of Rio Grande. Nov. 17. Formerly of Wildwood and Erma, 'he was a retired auto mechanic for t^e Coast Guard Training Center. He operated a lawnmower repair shop and belonged to the local volunteer fire company. He was a member of several antique auto clubs. Dorothy T. Kafigian. of Lower Township. Nov. 17. A resident of Upper Darby. Pa. until a decade ago when she moved here, she was a member of J.R. Julia Oleksiak. 89. of Cold Spring. Nov. 17 Born in Poland, she lived here for eight years after moving from Passaic. She was a member of the Polish National Catholic Church. Howard Palmer Sr.. 74, of North Wildwood. Nov. 21. A local resident for 56 years, he served with the Coast Guard for 12 years. Hurricane Loss Loans Available COURT HOUSE - Offices are open here Tuesday and Wednesday of this week for applications for loans from the Small Business Administration to rectify losses from Hurricane Gloria. Enterprise Zone Bill Approved TRENTON - Assemblymen Joseph Chinnici and Guy Muziani announced last week that the General Assembly had approved a bill that clears the way for the cities of Vineland and Millville in Cumberland County to qualify as a joint Urban Enterprise Zone The bill. A-4055, received final approval in the Assembly 67 to 0 and was sent to Gov. Thomas Kean for consideration. A state authority last month approved Vineland and Millville for joint enterprise zone designation, pending the passage of A-4055.
