Fund Plea STONE HARBOR - The Wetlands Institute here has launched its first-ever appeal for funds to support the public education and research programs it conducts. In its appeal letter, the institute points out the service it performs in informing people about the ecology of the wetlands and coastal marine areas and its status as a private, nonprofit organization.
