i Gas Users I Can Obtain ^ I Fuel Help FOLSOM — South Jersey Gas Co. urges its eligible customers to apply for Home Energy Assistance to help defray heating costs this winter. A federally funded program. Home Energy Assistance (HEA), provides funds for qualified elderly, handicapped and low-income people. The HEA Program is based on household size and gross monthly income. In addition, applicants must be resident of New Jersey: pay their own heating and/or cooling costs directly to the fuel supplyer; pay their landlord according to usage, or pay a rental charge which includes such costs.
