Red Cross Salute Keys Avalon Events
AVALON -There will be a Colonial presence found in the borough over four days in December « Thursday-Sunday. Dec. 12-15). Many events have been scheduled throughout town to lift the spirits of Cape May County shoppers. This project will be conducted under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce although it will have participants from around the county. Merchants hope support as they launch a "Salute to the Red Cross". Events will begin with a Colonial Wreath demonstration and a Colonial Tree Trim at two places in the business district. Things will take off with a "Come Fly Your Kite" celebration, a demonstration of candlemaking. carriage rides, a Christmas band concert and the showing of films.
