Heating Aid Is Available
RIO GRANDE - Receiving the Lifeline credit does not disqualify people from receiving heat assistance if they meet the financial eligibility criteria, according to the county Office on Aging. The program has begun, and applications are available in the Social
Services Building here. It is open to any age, and to households which pay their own heat or if heat is included in a monthly rental charge. The limits are: household size of one, $656: household size of 2, $881 For additional information call 729-9200.

Employes of City Hall are being given a chance to indulge whatever latent talents they may have as interior decorators. City Council wants them \ to select a two-tone color
scheme for new carpets and the painting of the walls of the auditorium in City Hall which is scheduled for renovations. While a consensus of the employes' choices will be weighed in the final decision on the colors. Council will still reserve the right to make the final say.
