A large crowd of Seven-Mile funseekers. bargain-browsers and food aficionados greeted each other and bought briskly while dining onlookers supervised. We've never seen so much go so fast Cecile Napoleon. Joanne Willis and Bonnie Feise had a table laden with unusual wreathes and flower arrangements for the door as we entered the bar/bazaar. We coveted a door decoration created by Bonnie with a pineapple flanked bylemons and shiny apples — we wanted to see the whole schmear before buying and that was a goof. Hazel (Mrs. Harry) Beckmann called to ask that S.H. Seniors be told of the need for volunteer workers by the Court House branch of the American Red Cross. They need workers for their Bloodmobile. telephone committee and other aspects of clerical work in branch operation. Her department is the I Bloodmobile — they give d two Gift of Life events an- 1
nually. On Dec 20 from 12:30 'til 5 p.m. the Bloodmobile will be accepting Gifl-of-life blood donations at the Social Hall of First United Methodist Church. 1 Church St.. Court House. The happening will be marked by a Christmas party. rather than clinical, ambiance Santa Claus will join local celebrities providing gaiety for waiting donors S.H. SKN'IOKS got into the holiday mood fast at the annual Christmas party Dec. 4 at the school. Kthel and Charles Kudrauff arrived first with a car full of berry-laden holly for decoration.
