Rec Fund Donation
WILD WOOD - Many people enjoyed the Fun Fair that followed Wildwood's Halloween parade provided by the Jaycees and the pie toss booth. The proceeds earned were doubled by the organization and donated to the Wildwood Recreation Trust Fund. Council woman Karen Dougherty and Director Joyce Berrien were presented the check by Mike Preston, president. at the Nov. 25th dinner meeting of the Greater Wildwood Jaycees. M E M B E R P A I I. Lamach explained that the Jaycees goal is for equal development in three areas; community, individual and management.
The recent fundraiser encompassed organization, finance, social interaction and benefits local recreation programs. Under Ms Berrien's guidance the Wildwood Rec has expanded activities to include coed volleyball, pee wee basketball, dance, morning exercise. Slimjazztics.
