' Magnificat ' Is Theme at Trinity

WILDWOOD - "The Magnificat" stands as the theme of worship as Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Atlantic and Poplar Avenues, gathers on the coming Fourth Sunday in Advent. The Holy Eucharist will be celebrated at 10:15 a.m The service will also contain a children's homily by Pastor Gary A. Mann, based on Martin Luther's meditations on the Magnificat, and the intonation of the gospel and magnificat by Pastor Mann and the Choir. THE SUNDAY Church School Program, with classes for all ages, begins at 9 a.m. The Adult Class will be finishing its Advent focus "Looking BackLooking To the Future." "The First Christmas Creche", a play about St. Francis of Assisi and the beginning of our modern nativity scene, is the children's Christmas Pro-

gram this year. It will begin at 4:30 p.m. with a potluck supper following. CHRISTMAS EVE services at 7:30 p.m. include a family candlelight Eucharist and at 11 p.m. a traditional Christmas candlelight Eucharist. Service Set SEAVILLE - The United Methodist Church on Route 9 here will hold its special Christmas Service Sunday. Dec. 22. 'Our Lord Our King' NORTH WILDWOOD - For the Fourth Sunday of Advent the pastor. Dr. Alvin L. Baker will deliver the message that "Our Lord is Our King", from Revelation 19:16, at the 10:45 a.m. service of Central Bible Church. "The Christian and The 6th Commandment" is the title of the 7 p.m. message. Dr. Baker has been preaching a series on the Christian's relationship to U^e Ten Commandments. 1st Baptist, Wildwood WILDWOOD - Rev. Dawn N. Mays will preach at the 11 a.m. Christmas Sunday worship service at the First Baptist Church, Atlantic and Maple Avenues. Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. A nursery and a Junior Church are also provided. Participants are asked to bring any kind of food except dessert FOLLOWING the supper at 7:30 p.m the MAC trolley and a pickup truck filled with hay will transport carolers around the city. Community Christmas In Sea Isle SEA ISLE CITY - A community Christmas program will be held at the United Methodist Church 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Choir members from the church and community will present a program of music. Refreshments will follow in the Fellowship Hall. St. Mary's Episcopal STONE HARBOR - The Holy Eucharist is celebrated 8 and 10 a.m. Sundays at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, with a social hour following each service. The Episcopal Church Women are collecting food items for their pantry shelf program. Canned goods, staples, and monetary gifts can be left in the parish hall. Food baskets for needy families will be distributed during the holidays. The Christmas covered dish supper is scheduled for 6 p.m. tomorrow. There will be special Christmas music. 'No Room For Jesus ' BURLEIGH - Pastor Lee Cattell of Faith Fellowship Chapel will have as the topic of his 11 a.m. Sunday sermon "No Room for Jesus", from Luke 2:1-7. At 7 p.m. the chapel will present a musical evening with the theme. "A Savior Is Born".
