on third and final reading by unanimous vote. The ruling provides that the lot requirements for the building of duplex homes in areas zoned "B" be raided from 7000 square feet to 8250 square feet. In lots in areas zoned "C" lot size will be raised from 4000 to 6000. An extremely large turnout witnessed passing of the ordinance, many of whom spoke in favor of its passage. Among those who argued in its favor were former Councilman R.

Jack Kitzpatrick. John Kokonos and Richard Reese, who read a letter from William Van Ness, president of Realty Owners of Stone Harbor, urging that it be passed. Mayor Arden Hand told listeners that six letters had been received on the subject; four supporting the ordinance and two against. Chairman of civic affairs Jack Fitzpatrick announced that borough council would be hearing the final reading of an ordinance to better control the building of duplex houses in areas zoned B and C the following evening and urged all who deplored density to attend. The meeting concluded with the installation of new officers. Judge Vincent LaMotta swore into office: R. Jack Fitzpatrick. president; Vincent Egan. first vice president; A1 Meadowcroft. second vice president; and Larry Hankin, treasurer. Brian McLarnon. the young builder with Ryan Construction Co. who runs a carpentry and lawn care business in summer, stopped by with good news this morning. He and Susan Dambrauskas. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Dambrauskas of Pittsburgh and Stone Harbor, have announced their engagement. Susan is a student at Stockton State College and works in the summer at Seashore Home Supply, where the two met. Telling us he has already drawn plans for the house he intends to build himself.
