SJCA Students At Franklin Institute
ERMA — Twenty students from the fourth, fifth and sixth grades of South Jersey Christian Academy travelled to Philadelphia on December 5 for a field trip to the Franklin Institute. The youngsters took their lunch and spent nearly the whole day in the Science Museum. But as a special treat, they got to see the Christmas show, "Christmas Around the World," at the Institute's Fels Planetarium. The Science Museum has a vast number of exhibits, many geared to satisfying Central Bible, N. Wildwood NORTH WILDWOOD - "Our Death to Sin" will be the title of Dr. Alvin Baker's message on this last Sunday in 1985. This message will be a doctrinal and practical exposition of Romans 6:1-5. The service begins at 10:45 a.m. "The Christian and the Seventh Commandment" is Dr. Baker's message at the 7 p.m. service. At 9:30 a.m. there are Sunday School classes for all ages. On New Year's Eve the church will have a watchnight service beginning at 7:30 p.m., including a movie about a Vietnam hero entitled "Clebe McClary: Portrait of an American Hero." There will be a free will offering and refreshments will be served after the film. For further information, call 522-5917. i i

Harry Allan Murphy and his wife. Karen (Schellenger), both formerly of Cape May County. The Murphy's welcomed a daughter. Lasura Kristin, Dec. 9. The baby is the granddaughter of Melbourne D. and E. Joan Schellenger of Erma and Albert and Jean Murphy of Orlando. Fla. Topping off the family joy, Lt. Murphy received his Master of Science degree in Education Administration Dec. 15 from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Va. Murphy, a 1975 graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School, , received his bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1979.
