Film Series Stars Hope

COURT HOUSE - laudable Bob Hope is the subject of the January film festival held Friday evenings at the Cape May County Library. The free film series is open to all and begins at 7 p.m. The series starts Jan. 3 with "The Great Lover." in which Hope escorts a troop of seven boys on a European trip The Dec. 10 offering is "My Favorite Brunette." with Dorothy Lamour, .Peter Lorre and Lon ■Chaney Marilyn Maxwell shares

the screen with Hope Dec. 17 in "The Lemon Drop Kid," an adaptation of Damon Runyon's classic tale. Hope plays a timid 18th Century actor who is captured by pirates in the Dec. 24 selection. "The princess and the Pirate." The final offering is the last and best of the road films.
