.New Pastor Welcomed

SEAVILLE - The Seaville Methodist Church welcomed its new pastor, the Rev. Mark H. Earl, at its Sunday morning worship service Jan. 5 Reverend Earl is a graduate of the As bury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Ky., where he received a Master of Divinity degree.

He served as associate pastor for two years at the Central United Methodist Church in Linwood. During the past five years, he has served as Pastor of the Rancocas United Methodist Church and the Masonville United Methodist Church in Burlington County. Sharing in his ministry at Seaville will be Rev. Earl's wife Catherine and their two sons, Joshua and Brendon.

First UMC Of Crest WILDWOOD CREST - Sunday services are held 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 6700 Atlantic Ave. Children's Sunday Workshop is 9:30 a.m. and Sunday school at 10:45 a.m. Ladies' Bible Study is 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays, Men's Fellowship 6:30 a.m. Wednesdays. Poinsettias On Display SEAVILLE - A spec tacular display of poinsettia- plants enhanced the Seaville United Methodist Church during the Christmas candlelight service and holiday season. Red and white poinsettia plants and holly branches were arranged alternately on the pillars and at the ceiling, with the advent wreath suspended over the pulpit. Several red poinsettias were arranged in tree-like fashion by the organ, while open Bibles were displayed with greens and red ribbon on both sides mid-way amidst the pews. Plans for the special arrangement of plants was made by Somers Corson, who was assisted by several members of the church. Grace Gospel, Rio Grande RIO GRANDE - Rev. Milt Wilson, pastor of Grace Gospel Chapel. Shore Road, will speak at the 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. services this Sunday. Children's Church is at 11 a.m. for boys and girls 5 to 9. Sunday School is at 9:45 a.m. The Ladies' Bible Study is held 10 a.m. Wednesday with Mrs Wilson as teacher Central Bible, N. Wildwood NORTH WILDWOOD - "Baptized Into Christ" is the title of Dr. Alvin Baker's message at 10:45 a m at Central Bible Church. This message is based on Romans 6:3-5. At 7 p.m Dr. Baker continues his series on the Ten Commandments. "The , Christian and the Ninth Commandment" is the Sunday night message. At 9:30 a.m. there are Sunday School classes for all ages. Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. the church meets for Bible study and prayer. N. Wildwood Methodist NORTH WILDWOOD - Sunday service at the North Wildwood United Methodist Church. Second and Central Avenues, begins at 11 a.m.. preceded by an oid-fash-ioned hymn sing at 10:45. Sunday School starts at 9 : 30 a.m. with classes for all „ ages.
