HMO Opened In Marmora Omnicare, the first State certified Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in New Jersey, has recently added a new medical center in Marmora. The Marmora Medical Center is located in Plaza 9, Route 9 south in Marmora, and replaces the one formerly located in Wayside Village Shopping Center. The new medical center provides more than five times the patient care space of the old center. "Plans have already started to allow for expansion in the Marmora site, due to rapid growth in Omnicare's enrollment," said » Beth Frankel, vice president of administration for Omnicare. "We are pleased that this will relieve the space problems in the Marmora center and we extend sincere appreciation to our members for being patient as this project was completed." Currently, Omnicare provides medical care to 19,500 South Jersey ■r residents through over 200 employers and state agencies. Omnicare projects growth to continue at its present 30 percent per year rate, bringing enrollment to over 27,000 by year end.

TOMS RIVER - Statewide Bancorp reported record 1985 earnings of $13,255,000, an increase of 46 percent compared with the year 1984. Earnings for the National's Earnings Up 5th Year PENNINGTON. - New Jersey National Corporation reported record earnings for the fifth consecutive year in 1985. The announcement was made by John H. Walther, chairman and chief executive officer. According to preliminary unaudited figures, for the year ended December 31, 1985. income before extraordinary item increased 27 percent to $18.9 million from $14.8 million in 1984. Per share income before extraordinary items rose to $3.22 from $2.88 for an increase of 12 percent.
