Green Creek Community GREEN CREEK - Pastor Joseph Muggleworth will preach at the 11 a.m. worship service of the Green Creek Community Church, Delsea Drive, on the theme "Dealing with Emotional Stress." Sunday School meets at 9:45 a.m. and a nursery is available for all services. Prayer Meeting convenes 8 p.m. the first and third Wednesdays of each month. Ecumenical Child Choir Rehearsing AVALON - An ecumenical children's choir, consisting of children in Kindergarten through 6th Grade from the seven mile beach churches, has started rehearsals at the First United Methodist Church. 34th Street and Dune Drive, under the direction of Rev. Robert W. Scott Jr. Rehearsals are held every Monday at 3:30 p.m. The choir will give its first performance at the World Day of Prayer Service, 7:30 p.m. Friday March 7. at the Avalon Methodist Church. The children will perform again in May, preceding a musical production put on by the seven mile beach ecumenical adult group. On 'Obedience To the Cross' WILDWOOD - "Obedience to the Cross" is the theme fojt worship at Holy Trinity ^Lutheran Church, Atlantic and Poplar Avenues, celebrates the First Sunday in Lent this weekend. The Sunday Church School program begins 9 a.m. The Adult forum completes its study "Called to Proclaim: The Lutheran Style of Witness". The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated weekly at 10:15 a.m. Matins are held every Wednesday at 9 a.m. followed by an adult Bible study at 9:30 a.m. Lenten mid-week services are also offered every Wednesday 7 p.m. with the service of Evening Prayer and dramas of witnesses at the crucifixion.

COURT HOUSE -Morning worship is held by Trinity Fellowship Assembly of God at 10 at the Arbutus Lodge, one quarter mile north of Super Fresh, on Route 9. Pastor Richard G. Green Jr. continues a series of sermons on the Book of Acts with a message called "A Negative Miracle", based on Acts 13:1-12.
