The purpose of this program is to make artists' creative processes accessible to the public and to promote interaction between artists and the public. public will then have the opportunity to both observe evolving works of art and to communicate with the artists. "Art Goes Public" originated with the Artist's League of Central Jersey and is held in this county for the first time with grant funding from the state Council on the Arts, state/county Block Grant Program.
