Agencies Double Computer Setups

| Two Cape May County real estate agencies, to meet the demands of the shore rental season, have doubled the size of their computer systems to make 1986 faster and easier for potential renters to locate the vacation spots they want. L The agencies are Sofroney Real Estate of Sea Isle City and L^ahy Real Estate of Avalon. Both agencies installed I computer systems to help with their workload last i year. Sofroney 's new system

has the capability to expand to 16 additional terminals, and he's doubled the customer space in his office to handlp the expected increase in agency traffic. Chris Leahy, who is responsible for most of the computer's operation, echoed the sentiments. THE FIRM found that the salesmen who had terminals benefitted most, Leahy said. Its new system also has 16 terminals, and combines the rental operation with word processing, as well as a package for investment analysis.
