She's still thanking me in her own special way for the part I took when Jamie was hospitalized only to pass on in spite of all who were doing all possible for him. Incidentally, now you can locate Jamie's grave because the memorial stone is in place - so many know it anyway and there are always little mementoes left there - flowers, plants, cards and notes. He's surely not forgotten and I'm sure he knows it. GET WELL: Freddie Thorns of Cape May Point and Kay Ilillegas of Cape May both recently having had hip surgery after bad falls. Also to Mary White, still hospitalized, and to Marie Hansbury, recuperating at home Congratulations to Wilbur lluf and Cindy Shartle on their recent marriage He's Bill Huf of the Avalon Radio Station. Their candlelight wedding ceremony at Star of the Sea Church was beautiful and the bride a vision in white gown and veil. IN MEMORIAM: Evelyn Passaro of Del Haven. She was the little spitfire always ready with a quip a smile and then to give you a piece of cake, some candy and chewing gum. She was the faithful worker for over 10 years as a volunteer in the Star of the Sea Thrift Shop. She'll be sadly missed. Seniors Slate CAR A Program CAPE MAY - A film program will be presented by The Coalition Against Rape and Abuse at the meeting of the Cape May Senior Citizens Club 1 p.m. Tuesday. Feb. 25, at the Victorian Towers. A surprise is promised after the film.
