Talarek will instruct students on how to make a simple kite Materials will be provided by the 4-H and Lower Township afterschool program To register call 465-5115 and ask for Louise. The children will participate in a 4-H Kite Flying Contest the following week. 3:30-4:30 p.m. March 13 at the school field. They will be able to test their kites The rain date is March 14.

Little League Election Set VILLAS - The Lower Township Sanctioned Little League Baseball Program will elect its board of directors. Anyone interested in serving on the board or helping with the program must attend a meeting 7:30 Friday. Feb. 28. at the Recreation Center. 2600 Bayshore Rd. AH coaches are also encouraged to attend the meeting.
