The Cape May County Council on Alcoholism is supporting the National PTA Drug and Alcohol Cape Shell Club STONE HARBOR - J B. Sessoms. club president, will be the speaker at the meeting of the Jersey Cape Shell Club 8 p.m Monday. March 3. at the Wetlands Institute. Stone Harbor Boulevard. Until recently educational systems have been left with only two choices in dealing with the problem of Alcohol/Drug use: to tolerate it or terminate it.

The council's purpose is to increase the understanding that wet or dry. alcohol or pill, substance abuse is an illness. and that the alcoholic or drug addict has the right to be assisted to health, just like the diabetic or terminally ill.
