SWAINTON - A special meeting of the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority was scheduled today at the MUA office on Route 9 to vote on award of a contract for installation of odor control facilities at the county-wide sludge composting facility. The MUA was also to consider recommendations and take action on insurance coverage.
