Big Band Banjo Bash For Spring OCEAN CITY - The city's annual "Swing Into Spring'" Big Band Dance and Banjo Bash is set for 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the Music Pier. Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace. The Dick Anthony Big Band will entertain visitors to the city's "dance hall over the sea" with Bill Bruest le a nd the "Sunshine Boys" banjo band playing during breaks. The dance is held yearly to coincide with the advent of spring and St. Patrick's Day. Parking is free, most restaurants are open and room rates are at preseason levels.
