In his new position. Obergfell has overall responsibility for commercial lending in the bank's southern region, which includes the Wildwoods.

Cape May. Lower and Middle Townships. Obergfell has specialized in commercial lending, with an emphasis on Cape May County's commercial fishing industry and seasonal resort lending for several years. Prior to being promoted to regional vice president he was vice president, commercial loans. Obergfell is a graduate of several American Institute of Banking courses and is an instructor for the American Institute of Banking. He is a member of Lions International. New Salon Is Opened RIO GRANDE - Family Hair Care Centers opened a new beauty salon, its third, March 10 in Robbins Reef Plaza. Route 47. adjacent to the Rio Mall. The shop offers hair care for men. women, and children and sells beautyrelated products. Specialties are facial waxing, hair lightening, and all types of permanent waving. Carlo Melini, an Upper Township resident, is owner of the firm, which also has salons in Ocean City and Northfield. Melini has been a salon owner over 10 years. He also owned a restaurant and cocktail lounge in Bridgeton.
