A self-employed builder for four decades, he was the Ocean City building inspector. He was on the Board of Directors of the Artisan Order of Mutual Protection. Wildwood Assembly No. 75. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Dorothy W. Bland. 79. of Cape May. March 11. A local resident for nine years, she formerly lived in New Orleans. Elizabeth K. Boccelli, 55. of Ocean City. March 13. Born in Upper Darby. Pa., she was a local resident for 23 years. . Rose L. Brigandi. "64. of , ' Corbin City. March 12. Born in Philadelphia, she made her home here for the past year. Richard O. Brower, 81, of Ocean City. March 13. He was a retired real, estate broker who operated his own agency in Ardmore. Pa., he was a chartered bout captain and member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers He was a local resident for two decades James L. Chambers, 54, of Cape May. March 12. A lifelong city resident, he served in the Navy during the Korean and Vietnam wars and tyas a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 386.

Gallagher. 77. of Avalon, March 15 Presi dent of Gallagher Liquor Store, she summered locally for 13 years before moving here four decades ago. She was a member of Maris Stella R.C. Church. A retired civil engineer, he was an instructor in public education courses in safe boating and seamanship. As a longtime member of Flotilla 81. A retired brewery worker for the Pabst Brewery in Newark, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council of Erma and the ' Fishing Club of the Villas. He was a local resident for a decade. Francis J. Trotter Jr.. 64, of North Cape May. March 13. A general market manager for Jerry's Corner in Philadelphia, he served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
