Dechert Gets CRB AVALON - Allan H. Dechert, an Avalon Realtor, has been awarded the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation by the Realtors National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The award was announced during the Marketing Institute meetings held in conjunction with national association meetings held in Reno, Nev.. in January.
