Traffic Up CAPE MAY — During February. 1986 traffic on the Cape May-Lewes Ferry increased by 3l7 vehicles and by 1.098 passengers from February. 1985. These statistics were made public by DavitDS. Chapman, general manager of the Cape MayLewes Ferry. Ferry traffic for February. 1986 was 6,805 vehicles and 17,101 passengers compared to 6,488 vehicles and 16,003 passengers for February. 1985, an increase of 4.9 per cent for vehicles and 6.9 percent for passengers.

City Hall Facelift SEA ISLE CITY - Historic City Hall here will undergo a face-lifting dur ing 1986. as part of the city's plans for the year. The board of commissioners recently passed an ordinance authorizing the expenditure of $40,000 to accomplish this task. Commissioner Jim Iannone noted that the many improvements to be made ) m to the building 'include re- t pointing the brick exterior, installation of new vinyl windows, a new roof, a new central air conditioning system, replacement of rain gutters, carpeting of second floor and stairwell. Also included. Iannone noted is the purchase of new mini-blinds for the new windows. "It is a long needed program of repairs for a building that is the life blood of our city," Commissioner Iannone noted, "and we are happy to make this needed improvement."
