Owner-operator of Nick's TV Repair, he was past president of the board of directors of St. Demetrious Greek Orthodox Church and served as cantor of the church. He was past president of. the American Helenic Education Progressive Association. Waller Bogushefsky Sr.. of , Woodbine. March 29 Retired from the Modern Gas Company of Woodbine, he was an Army veteran of World War II and received a purple heart. He was a member of St. Casimir's Church, the Belleplain VFW. the Woodbine, American Legion and Young Men's Catholic Club. He was a lifetime resident of Woodbine. M a r I i n T . An outstanding athlete, she played on the championship basketball and tennis teams at Ocean City High School and won the Athlete of the Year award for the ('lass of 1980. She received a basketball scholarship to Arizona State University until her studies w;ere interrupted by Hodgkins Willard II. Clark. 85. of Strathmere, March 24. A retired carpenter for Atlantic City Electric Co., he also served as a surfman for the Coast Guard in Ocean City. A retired clerical worker in the production department of General Motors in New . York City, she was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, the Women's Community Club and the Catholic Daughters of America. She was a local resident for twelve years. William P. Hobbs. 93. of Ocean City, March 24. A local resident for three decades, he was a retired machinist from the Sun Oil Co. in Marcus Hook. Pa. He formerly lived in Delaware County. Pa. McCann and Sons Inc. Realtors of Sea Isle City. A promoter as well as a retreatant at the Dominican Retreat House of Elkins Park. Pa., she was a past secretary of the Catholic Daughters of America of St Joseph's Church. Maurice K. "Dutch" Oslerhout. 73. of Marmora. March 23. A retired supervisory and flight test pilot at the Federal Aviation Administration. Pomona, he served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a member of Marmora Elks Lodge, the World War II Hump Pilots Association, the Silver Wings Association and the OX-5. CLyde Mae Flair. 67. of Wildwood. March 22 She was a member of the trustee board, the missionary board and the usher board of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Court House Louella Kocap. 64. of Dennisville. March 25. A lifelong resident, she was the owner of the South Jersey Farmers Supply of Woodbine. She was a member of the Rising Star Chapter 200 of Order of the Eastern Star of South Seaville as well as a member of the Dennisville Methodist Church. Agnes M. Schulgen. 72. of Villas. March 23. A local resident for 20 years, she was the widow of John Schulgen. a former crossing guard at St. Raymond's School. * Mitchell R. Smith Sr.. 89. of Burleigh. March 23. A local resident for half a century, he was a member of -Calvary Episcopal Church of Philadelphia and Keystone Lodge 39. Free and Accepted Masons. Prince Hall Affiliate. He was born in Georgia. Benjamin F. Springer. 104, of Palermo. March 13. Bofn in Eldora in 1882. he was a local resident until moving to the Lutheran Home. Moorestown. Descended from ancesters who settled in the county during the late 1600's. he was the oldest active member of the Glassblowers International Union in North America. He also operated a produce farm and huckstered homegrown vegetables.
