The selection of recipients for the 1986-87 academic year will be made on or before June 2 by a committee of four trustees of the foundation after review of all applications and personal interviews of selected candidates.

NORTH WILDWOOD - The mayor and council have passed a resolution approving the county's solid waste management plan aijd agreeing to participate in the regional , recycling plan for a, ' minimum of five years The resolution passed March IK. also suggests that the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority consider establishing a landfill depletion surcharge for municipalities without a

mandatory recycling ordinance The provisions of the resolution will become el fective upon the adoption of identical resolutions by the governing l>odies of county - municipalities which together produce least 75 percent ol the recvclablcs generated in the county.
