It's all set for Saturday. April 26. the giant "Crafts at Tulip-Time" Festival. More than 60 of the region's leading craftspeople will be coming to Cape May for this very important craft show. It'll be held 10 a.m. -3 p.m. in Cape May's historic Congress Hall hotel (built in 1879 > Beach Drive and Ferry Street. The show is sponsored by the Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts, as a benefit for its summer theatre program. The 1986 season planned by the Mid Atlantic Stage will open June 30 with the exciting musical. George M. based on the life of George M. Cohan; then Godspell and Deathtrap on a rotating basis through Aug. 30. ARE YOU interested in learning more about the theatre? If so. apprentice classes are being offered: the program includes classes in theatre, voice, dance and technical theatre. Credit for the course will be offered through Atlantic Community College. The classes will culminate in a student performance scheduled in August. For production schedules, ticket information and information on the apprentice program, call the Mid Atlantic Stage office at 884-ARTS. I understand there's a very fine salad bar and wouldn't you know - some desserts that will make you want to buy even another ticket to enjoy it twice as much.
