County Firemen's Association holds its sixth annual waterball competition here Saturday. April 26. to raise money for the Burn Foundation. Hosted by the Avalon Fire Department, last year's champions, the competition will begin at noon at the municipal parking lot. 29th Street and Avalon Avenue. The single elimination tournament will continue until one fire company emerges victorious. WATUKBAM. is played soccer style with a five-foot 1 ball. Each team consists of 1 two hose crews using high pressure streams of water to force the ball across their opponent's goal line.
