The drive in the Firehouse. 96th and Second Avenue, is being sponsored by the Cape May County Chapter of the American Red Cross. « Recruitment representative Ann Gabriel said in this state 17-year-olds may donate with their parents' permission. THE STONE Harbor Planning Board has set Monday, April 28, as the hearing date for the application of the 9014 Second Avenue Sub-division. In other action at its April 14th work session much discussion took place regarding items referred back to the planning board from the borough council. The consensus was to have some communication accompany the matter being referred back to the board so members would know why action was taken and what direction the council was looking for. Contracts awarded during the regular meeting April 15 of the Stone Harbor Borough Council include: $1,113.30 to Textile Chemical, a new supplier, for purchase of aluminum , sulphate; $3,690 to Hamblet and Hayes for purchase of J liquid sodium aluminate; $2,425 to Island Weed , Control. A REQUEST for the ban- . ning of over-use and misuse of spray chemicals by homeowners on their stone "lawns" was received from Mr. and Mrs. Herbert L.
