Christian Schools Merging for Fall

ERMA - Heritage Christian Academy and South Jersey Christian Academy announce that the two schools are merging and will open their doors in September. 1986. as a iingle school with the proposed name of South Cape Christian Academy. Grace Chapel, Rio Grande RIO GRANDE - Rev Milt Wilson, pastor of Grace Gospel Chapel. Shore Road, will speak at the 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. services this Sunday. Children's Church is at 11 a.m. for boys and girls 5 to 9. Sunday School is at 9:45 a.m. The Ladies' Bible. Study is held 10 a.m. Wednesday with Mrs. Wilson as teacher. Prayer meeting and youth groups are 7 _ p.m. Wednesday.

The school will be independent and interdenominational. and will be governed by its own independent and interdenominational board of directors. The new board consists of members from each of the two schools' respective boards. REPRESENTATIVES from South Jersey and Heritage gave final approval to the merger in late March, and the new board has been meeting since then to make plans for next school year.
