^ i By Llbby Demp Forreat f ^ ^ TOMORROW IS MAY DAY. opening the way for our most favorite month of the year. There are those who love April and those who love June, but we've always loved May. Maypoles. May flowers. May evenings. We have to admit too that having our birthday fall in May might have something to do with liking this month so much... You can look for a variety of special events as well as Mother's Day and Memorial Day coming up. Plants are rushing along, bursting into bloom at every turn. We love to see fruit orchards in bloom ; apple blossoms especially delight us. They seem to bring back memories of other springtimes long ago. BIRD SONGS are rampant these spring evenings — and their songs too bring bacK sweet memory. Often when we hear a bird song it recalls a time and place so fervently we find it hard to believe that it wasn't just yesterday that 3II that took place. Oh, springtime. Housecleaning operations seem to be getting underway. Yard cleaning chores too. It's a busy time of year — but a beautiful time of year. Don't you agree? When it comes to the pleasures of springtime, we have to admit that the restaurant scene becomes even better ' than ever. Here are'a few favorites you're sure to enjoy: S. A. WADE RESTAURANT.
