Symphony Concert Is Free WILDWOOD - The South Jersey Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Samuel Muni, will perform at Wildwood High School in a free concert 3 p.m. Sunday. i June 1. The Rev. Thomas A Goslin of Wildwood Crest, jr chairman of the sponsoring K committee, has announced.' h The symphony, which will / present an "All String Con- * cert," has appeared several . times in Ocean City, but this will make the first concert to I be given in southern Cape May County. The concert is being made possible through funding from the Board of Freeholders via the Cultural and Heritage Commission and from the Philadelphia Musicians Union. THE COMMITTEE to support the arts here was formed after invitations were expended to several residents. It has been officially designated as the Lower Cape May County Chapter of the South Jersey Symphony Orchestra League and others wishing to join are invited to contact the original committee members for further information. In addition to Dr. Goslin, the other charter members are Helena Bew, Marie Geiger, Julia Goslin, Grace Hathaway, Wish Zurawski, Ruth Kane, Nancy O'Lone, Eileen Rodan. Dorthy Noss and Jacob Schaad Jr. Benefit Trip To Trump Set RIO GRANDE - The employes of Starn's Shoprite Market here will sponsor a bus trip to the Trump Castle Casino. Atlantic City, Monday. May 19. WILDWOOD - The city Recreation Department will host a picnic for Senior citizens in Fox Park, Davis and Atlantic Avenues, 11 a.m. -2 p.m. tomorrow. Resident seniors are urged to bring a friend, a side dish, and join the fun. Seniors will get together 8 a.m., Thursday. May 22. for a bike ride . George Burgess Karate students will show stances, blocks, punches and flying kicks of Tae Kwon Do Karate. The dance recital Karate demonstration will be at St. Ann's Auditorium. 7-9 p.m. Saturday.
