VILLAS — Entries" are being received for the 18th annual Lower Township Chamber of Commerce Black Drum/Weakfish Derby set for May 24 to June 30, 1986. Chamber President Marshall Howey said anglers will be competing for over $1,000 in prizes and cash in the opening fishing contest. First prize in both the Drumfish and Weakfish divisions will be $250 and a
trophy. The names of the winners in the two divisions will be inscribed on a plaque which is on permanent display in the Lower Township Municipal Hall. AT LEAST four other fishing tackle prizes will be awarded in each division. Anglers can fish in Delaware Bay and can weigh their fish with any of the contests's official weighmasters All fish must be weighed in by 6
