Volunteer Awards At Cape Hospital
[ COURT HOUSE - Approximately 200 Burdette Tomlin volunteers attended a recent awards tea in their honor, held at the Wildwood Country Club. 'Volunteers Make the Difference" was the theme. President William H Waldron nT lauded all the individuals who contributed a total of 50,000 hours of service to the hospital during the past year. "I thank you for your gifts of self that means so much to others," he told them, "and for the very special and important difference you make."
