Midlantic Adding 2 Branch Offices

WILDWOOD — Midlantic National Bank/Union Trust, an Wftliate of Midlantic Banks Inc., has added two banking offices to its growing Cape May County branch network. The offices, previously affiliated with Heritage Bank N.A.. are located in Ocean City at 9th Street and Central Avenue, and at 34th Street and Simpson

Avenue. In addition, the former Heritage Bank N.A. office at 2738 Dune Drive. Avalon, has been merged into the Midlantic National Bank/Union Trust office at 32nd and Dune Drive, Avalon. THE CONVERSION of the two offices represents the first step in the program to integrate Heritage's 95 branches into the affiliate banks of Midlantic Banks Inc. "We are very pleased with the transition." stated Charles J. Sansone, president of Midlantic National Bank/Union Trust. "Everything proceeded according to schedule, enabling us to maintain the highest possible level of service for our customers." With the new branches.
