CAPE MAY - Events at the Cape May County Art League for June have been announced by Roseanne Smith Merrick. Scheduled to take place at the Carriage House on the Emlen Physick Estate. 1050 i Washington St.. are: Tomorrow, June 5 — i Slide Lecture — "Norman I Castles of England" by Bettyne Hull 8 p.m. Travel through England and Wales, visit many castles, medieval towns, moated manor houses and some Norman cathedrals; Drawing from the Right Side Of The Brain (from the book by Betty Edwards) — Instructor Alice Steer Wilson, six sessions, June 5-July 10, Thursdays 7-10 p.m. JUNE 7 — Meet The Artists Reception, Saturday 2-4 p.m. Jacqueline Chesley, pastels; Glad Schlossman, photography; Inez Fol Krupinski, pastels; Bob Roehrenbeck, pen and ink and watercolors ^Refreshments . June 8 — Batik Workshop with Mary Federici, 10-4 p.m. Making designs with wax and dyes, a unique and interesting art form.

Concert June 15 CAPE MAY — A concert by the LuLu Temple Band will be presented 2-4 p.m. Sunday, June 15, at the Rotary Bandstand on Lafayette Street under sponsorship of the city Chamber of Commerce. Ida Genovese, chairman for the 1986 Seafood Festival, will conduct an awards ceremony at intermission. For further information, call the chamber at 884-5508.
