COURT HOUSE - Commencement exercises for the Class of 1986 of the Cape May County Vocational Schools will be held 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, at the Career Center, Crest Haven. Althea Turner, Wildwood, of the Nursing Assistant Program, and Elaine Birch, Ocean City, of the Cosmetology Program, will be the student speakers. Wilbur J. Kistler, Jr., Superintendent will also address the graduates and their guests. Norman E. Zimmerman, Principal of the Adult High School will present the first graduating class of the Adult High School. THE VOCATIONAL Schools class of 1986 will be presented by Susan E. Smith, principal of the Robert N. Toft Career Center. Daniel L. Money, principal of the Vocational Technical Center, will present the special award recipients. The 203 members of the
