'Thou Art The Man' STONE HARBOR - "Thou Art the Man" is the title of Pastor Glenn Schoenberger's sermon for Sunday, the Fourth Sunday after Pentecost and Father's Day. A Folk Holy Communion service will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. The 11 a.m. worship features the Lutheran liturgy. New and associate members will be received at the 11 a.m. service. Goslin To Preach CAPE MAY - The Rev. Thomas Goslin of Wiidwood Crest, pastor emeritus of the Community Church of Madrid, will be the guest pastor at the; 10:30 a.m. service of the First Presbyterian Church of Cape May Sunday. Sunday School also will be held at 10:30. Following the service a coffee hour will take place and a tatkback session to discuss the sermon with the pastor will occur at 11:40 a.m. The choir is open to anyone in the community who would like to participate in worhsip through music. St. Peter's To Open 106th Year Sunday
CAPE MAY POINT -St. Peter 's-by-the-Sea, here will hold services for the 106th year this Sunday, conducted by the Rev. Ralph Bayfield, rector of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Herndon, Va. Included will be Holy Communion, 9 a.m. and Morning Prayer, 11 a.m. Trustees will meet 10 a.m. Saturday, in the church. Current officers are: Senior Warden, John A. Mather; Junior Warden, Howard J. Freas ; Secretary, Donald W. Bretherick; Treasurer, Steven Lindsay; Assistant Treasurer^ R. Alan Lindsay, and publicity chairman, Jane Elliott. THE UPDATED copy of ' 'The Gingerbread Church" is now available and can be purchased from Episcopal Visitation At Advent CAPE MAY - The Rt. Rev. G. P. Mellick Belshaw. Bishop of New Jersey, will make his Episcopal Visitation to the Church of The Advent here 4 p.m. Sunday, when he will celebrate and preach at a special service. The Rev. Robert M. Kahl Jr., rector, will celebrate the Holy Eucharist and preach at the 8 a.m. service. There will be no 10 a.m. service. The services will continue at 8 and 10 a.m. on all other Sundays. FOLLOWING THE 4 p.m. service Bishop Belshaw will dedicate the newly refurbished parish hall and join Father Kahl and the congregation for a dinner prepared by the Men's Club. Tickets for the dinner are available from members of the Men's Club. Wade G. Cooper will be the organist and will direct the parish choir at the afternoon service.

Mrs. Mather will have copies for sale and will autograph them. The Women of St. Peter's by the Sea luncheon meeting will be held noon June 28 in the Colonial Hotel Dining room. Celebrants of the Holy Eucharist are held 8 and 10 a.m. A midweek celebration of the Eucharist is held 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays. The St. Mary's Ladies Spring Luncheon will be held at the Stone Harbor Yacht Club noon Friday, June 20. Christian Science CAPE MAY -The Christian Science Society of Cape May holds services 11 a.m. Sundays at the Community Center, 405 Lafayette St. The subject of this week's lesson will be "God the Preserver of Man". Grace Chapel RIO GRANDE - Rev. Milt Wilson, pastor of Grace Gospel Chapel, will speak at the 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. services this Sunday. Children's Church is 11 a m for boys and girls 5 to 9.
