Exercise On Beach CAPE MAY - The city will sponsor a beach exercise class Tuesday's and Thursdays 9-10 a.m. beginning June 24 at Broadway Beach. Avalon Run Set

AVALON - The Ninth Annual Run for Life, which includes a five-mile run and a one-mile fun run, will be held here Saturday, Aug. 16. starting 8:30 a.m. Coed Beach Volleyball AVALON — The borough recreation department is looking for a few good men — and women — 18 or older to take part in its summer coed beach volleyball league. Games start July 1 and will be held noon-2 p.m. every Tuesday on the 30th Street Beach Six to 12 players are needed for each team. For further information. call. 5-Mile Run Set At Point CAPE MAY POINT - The eighth annual Five Mile Run for the benefit of the Point Volunteer Fire Co. will be held Saturday, June 21, with a two-mile fun run scheduled for 9 a.m. The main run will start at 9:30 a.m. Both races will i begin at the Fire House on Yale Avenue. There will be I seven categories, ranging from 15 and under to 60 and | over, for both men and women. THERE WILL be awards for first, second, and third overall, and in each age category. There will be special awards for police, firemen, lifeguards, Point residents, and Masters competitors. Parking will be provided at the Cape May Point State Park, and restrooms available there and at the Fire Hall. For pre- race registration, submit entry and $5 fee to Cape May Point 5 Mile Run, P.O. Box 421, Cape May Point, N.J. 08212. Post registration fee will be $6.
