Bank Office Head Named WILDWOOD - Carolyn S. Lang, assistant vice president, has been named manager of the Whiting office of Marine National Bank, announced Philip W. Koebig, III, president and chief executive officer. , Lang is responsible for business development among Whiting area senior citizens and businesses and also for the daily operation of the office. Lang transferred to Whiting from the Holiday City office of Marine National Bank, which is a shore-based commercial bank with assets in excess of $300 million. COURT HOUSE - Cover nor Thomas H. Kean recently nominated Sheriff James T. Plousis to be one of the two state representatives to attend the Foreign Policy conference sponsored by the American Council of Young Political Leaders sponsors a seminar on tomorrow and Friday at the State Department Office in Washington. D.C. This year's conference will focus on terrorism and will have 30 ambassadors in attendance to answer questions.
