Ocean View Yard Sale OCEAN VIEW - A yard sale sponsored by the Auxiliary of the Lutheran Home at Ocean View will be held Saturday on the grounds at 184 Shore Rd , Ocean View 9 a.m.-3 p.m. New and used items, plants and baked goods will be offered for sale. Hot dogs and sodas will be available for lunch. Parking off the road is available. SIC Scouts Are Selling Vent Caps SEA ISLE CITf - The Boy Scouts of America, Troop 76. are selling Sewer drain caps for sewer vents to homeowners in the City, in cooperation with the city and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The drain caps are easily installed and help prevent surface water from seeping into the city's sewer system. The program was prompted by a suggestion from the New Jersey DEP to help ease the overburdened system. "The caps cost only $4 each and will represent a great over-all savings to the city and our taxpayers," Commissioner James Iannone reported. "WE ARE most pleased that Boy Scout Troop 76 has joined in this important community project, and hope that homeowners will follow suit". The caps are available at the Beach Tag Sales Office in the Community Center Building on Kennedy Boulevard, Iannone noted, and come complete with installation instructions. The Scouts will also be available to aid in the installation.

Art Auction To Benefit Hospital AVALON — An art auction for the benefit of Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital will be held July 19 at the Avalon Community Hall. The Bayberry Twig Auxiliary and the Stone Harbor Avalon Auxiliary of Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital and the Borough of Avalon, in conjunction with the Fine Arts Gallery of Ardmore, Pa., are sponsoring the auction, which will feature original oils, watercolors, sculptures, enamels, etchings, lithographs and other graphics. THERE WILL be something for everyone from the novice to the experienced art collector, with opening bids ranging from $35 to $75. A Collector's Corner will also be featured and will include works by modern masters such as Salvatore Dali, Norman Rockwell. Alexander Calder, Michael Delacroix, Joan Miro and many others. Tickets may be purchased at the door. Complimentary wine and hors d' oeuvres will be served throughout the auction. Art can be purchased with MC, BAC/VISA and checks made payable to Bayberry Twig Auxiliary of BTMH. All funds raised will benefit the hospital. For ticket or additional information, call 465-9618. 'Tot Tags* Offered OCEAN CITY - This family resort will once again provide "tot tags" free to visiting families. The bands, which fit around a child's wrist, provide identification should a youngster become lost. j The tags are available at city information centers on the 9th Street Causeway; Music Pier, Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace and 46th Street and West Avenue.
