Fire Code Seminar JAMESBURG - The New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce, with several area chambers of commerce, is sponsoring a "fire code seminar" to aid the community in the transition to the new regulations 9:30 a.m. July 29. at the Holiday Inn here, located off exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike. The N.J. Chamber of Commerce urges area chambers to encourage their members to attend this seminar. The program is expected to run to 2 p.m.

COURT HOUSE - The I Mid Jersey Cape Rotary I Foundation, has seven I scholarships available in I five different categories. I Those categories are: ( Graduate, Undergraduate. * Vocational, Teachers of the !' Handicapped, and Jour- - nalism Scholarships, all for the academic year 1987-1988. The grants cover travel, educational expenses and room and board. The Rotary Foundation seeks to promote understanding and friendly relations between peoples of different nations through these scholarships. A scholarship recipient is expected to maintain high standards of academic achievement while serving as an unofficial "ambassador of good will" between the peoples of the sponsoring and host countries. GENERAL eligibility requirements for the scholarships are: 1. Graduate Scholarships — Bachelor's degree or equivalent prior to commencement of scholarship studies. Age as of Oct 1. 1986 18 through 30 inclusive. The candidate maybe married. 2. Undergraduate J Scholarships — At least two years university work

prior to commencement of scholarship studies Age as of Oct 1 1986. 18 through 24. The candidate may not be married. 3. Vocational Scholarships — Secondary school graduate or equivalent at the time of application. May not be eligible for Graduate or Undergraduate Scholarship. Must have at least two years work experience as of Oct. 1. 1986. The candidate may be married and age can be 21 through 50 inclusi-'e TEACHERS OF the Han dicapped Scholarships — Secondary school graduate or equivalent (minimum) at the time of application. Work experience as of Oct. 1. 1986 must be at least two years of teaching the handicapped. The candidate may be married and be between 21 through 50 inclusive as of Oct 1. 5. Journalism Scholarships — Secondary school graduate or equivalent (minimum) at the time of application Work experience as of Oct. 1 must be at least two years as a professional journalist. The candidate may be married and can be age 21 through 50 inclusive as of Oct. 1.
