Bach Aria Consort Tomorrow CAPE MAY — The Chalfonte Hotel will present the Bach Aria Consort of Philadelphia, 8:30 p.m. tomorrow as part of the 1986 Concerts by Candlelight Series of chamber music concerts. The Bach Aria Consort of Philadelphia, unique in its composition, is known for its presentations of Bach arias in each concert. The consort is made up of Betty Jean Reiders, contralto; Ellen Frazier, Baroque trumpet; and Elena Easley, harpsichord, all - soloists in their own right. Their program will contain a varied combination of solo and ensemble works. THE BACH ARIA Trio has performed at Rutgers University, Haverford College and the Towpath House in New Hope, Pennsylvania as well as at the Chalfonte. The group has also been featured on Philadelphia Radio Stations WXPN and WIBF as well as in music festivals and other concert series throughout the Philadelphia area. ''Concerts by Candlelight" are presented each Thursday evening in the informal setting of the Playroom adjacent to the King Edward Bar in the Chalfonte, at 301 Howard St. For more information and reservations, call the Chalfonte at 884-8409. July 4th Celebration In Upper STRATHMERE - Arrangements are underway for observance of the Fourth of July in Upper Township. The special events for the township will be held here, with a parade at 10 a.m. and a fireworks display on the beach at dusk. Both events will be held on Friday, July 4 (with a rain date of Sunday. July 6). In memory of a longtime active fireman who served as grand marshal of the Strathmere parades for more than 20 years, this year's event has been proclaimed by the township committeemen to be "The Willard H. Clark Independence Day Parade". PRIZES WILL BE awarded for the parade, which will start at Commonwealth Avenue and Seaview Road. The awards ceremony will be staged in front of the Strathmere l Fire Hall following the parade. Information can be obtained by calling Sarah Boardman, grand marshal of the forthcoming parade, 263-8678. The fireworks display will be set off at Seaview Road and the beach, and may be enjoyed from vantage points along the Strathmere beach. The public is invited to participate and/or watch the parade and enjoy the fireworks.
